Resource Strategic Change Facilitators

Economic/Values Questionnaire
You are invited to complete an Economic/Values questionnaire. This is designed to determine the balance between the need for ‘economic’ driven change and ‘Values’ based change. It will highlight where there is a need for managing the balance between these two imperatives in order to make the organisation and able to tackle the challenges ahead in the most effective way – preserving the values of the organisation and achieving the economic demands.

A profile will be produced, based on all completed questionnaires. It will form part of a Change ‘Dashboard’ that will show the organisation’s overall capability across a number of criteria. If you have any problems in completing this questionnaire please contact us.

Please complete the questionnaire below by allocating a 'score' for each pair of questions ensuring that the total for each pair adds up to '10' e.g.(5,5; 6,4; 3,7; 2,8)
