Facilitation Programme

The Iceberg® Facilitation Programme is designed to develop the structure and framework to introduce a facilitated approach to change. The Programme provides the opportunity to embed the models and techniques. In addition it provides the underpinning theory to bring knowledge and understanding and helps people to assess and develop their skills. It is inter-active and experiential and each stage of the Programme builds on the acquired aptitude of the previous one.

There are a number of Stages in this process each of which provides the opportunity to enhance your competence as a Facilitator. If this is taken as a professional qualification the individual enters into a learning contract with the University as part of the Programme.

The Qualification will depend upon the number of Stages undertaken and the degree to which the learning is applied in an organisational context.

This Programme can be run in-house. It can also be run in any country where there is a sponsor in that country.

An in-depth exploration into the use of a variety of creative thinking techniques and process skills. This Workshop provides the basic introduction to facilitation and is the core module for any organisation wishing to introduce and manage change.

An introduction to the Process Iceberg® facilitation model designed to help specialists and managers who work cross- functionally to be able to facilitate groups operating in 'uncertainty'.

This Workshop focuses on scenario planning and how to manage it. Delegates are introduced to various models, which can become a methodology for the organisation.

This Workshop is designed to provide the framework and the skills to enable those who have been practitioners in using the Process Iceberg® at the Group and Strategic level to become Master Trainers. It is the culmination of the licensing process and means that the individual can train other people in the theory and practical application of the Iceberg® methodology.
